Taekr Group is one of two holdings we run. The other, LumeFlux Studio, is Niels’ personal vehicle for products outside the agency space. Same operating model, different scope.

Runs the technical side of Taekr Group: product architecture, agents, AI systems, infrastructure. Five years deep in AI, hands-on with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Deepseek. Studied AI at Radboud for two years, dropped out to build full-time. Also founder of LumeFlux Studio, a second AI venture outside the agency space. Started Taekr after too many fixable problems were left untouched. Every product begins with a concrete pain point and becomes the system that takes over the manual work. Lives in Arnhem, originally from Rotterdam.

Runs the business side of Taekr Group: marketing, sales, growth, structure, customer relationships. Four years in ecommerce, five years in marketing and communications, three years with AI. Combines what already works in marketing with what AI now makes possible. Translates ideas into working operations. Scales what compounds, cuts what doesn't. Started Taekr to help businesses with systems that actually fit their size, instead of enterprise tools that are too heavy and too expensive. Prioritizes what actually moves customers forward, not what sounds good. Lives in Arnhem.

Operating model

We build, then we hire.

Most agencies grow by adding people. We grow by replacing manual work with software. Our first hire on each product is a second technical operator, not a salesperson. Sales follows distribution, distribution follows working product.

Joep handles operations across the portfolio. Niels builds. We split equity 50/50 in Taekr Group. Decisions are made in Slack and reviewed monthly.
