Runs all operations across Taekr Group. Customer administration, financial discipline, partnerships. Also operationally involved in TANAH WI, a separate venture under Niels' personal holding launching in 2027. Based in [TODO].

Operating model

We build, then we hire.

Most agencies grow by adding people. We grow by replacing manual work with software. Our first hire on each product is a second technical operator, not a salesperson. Sales follows distribution, distribution follows working product.

Joep handles operations across the portfolio. Niels builds. We split equity 50/50 in Taekr Group. Decisions are made in Slack and reviewed monthly.
